Superstar, Cheryl Cole has reportedly been offered a record deal with Beyonce's husband, Jay-Z. The singer was confirmed as a judge on the American version of the X Factor which will air in the fall so the singer will launch her solo career in the States but there's a slight problem ... she isn't signed. Jay-Z who has admired Cole for quite some time if the first offer Cheryl has been given to help her launch her solo career in America.

A source told M is for Music: "Jay-Z has been keen to sign Cheryl for some time now,"
