The 2012 MTV Video Music Awards takes place tonight, Thursday Sept 6. with a string of top performers on the bill, it looks set to be a star-studded event. Taking place at the Staples Center in L.A, the show will be hosted by comedian Kevin Hart while award presenters include Miley Cyrus and One Direction.

LIL' WAYNE EXTENDS 'I AM STILL MUSIC' TOUR...

Lil' Wayne will soon be coming to a city near year for the second leg of his 'I Am Still Music' tour. It has been confirmed that the rapper has extended the tour with an additional 40 dates that will start in July.

CHRIS BROWN CELEBRATES 22ND BIRTHDAY...

How does Chris Brown celebrate his 22nd birthday? By going shirtless and sourronding himself with lovely ladies and his celebrity friends. Chris hit up Club Play in Miami for the birthday bash where collaborator and friend, Lil' Wayne made an appearance. The singer also went back to blonde to for the celebration.

Todays song of the day comes from 'American Idol' judge Jennifer Lopez. JLo released her latest album, 'Love?' this weeks and has already made a mark on the album charts around the world. The album's first single, 'On The Floor' which featured rapper, Pitbull made it to number one in the UK and Australia and has been in the top 10 of the Billboard Hot 100 since it's release. Jenny from the block her back with her second single, 'Im Into You' which features Lil' Wayne.

NICKI MINAJ GIVES TRAVIS BARKER A LAPDANCE...

As the 'I Am Still Music Tour' has come to an end, Nicki Minaj took it upon her self to give a special someone one of her famous lapdances'. The 'Moment 4 Life' rapper gave Blink 182 drummer, Travis Barker the last lapdance in Canada on the last date on her tour with Lil' Wayne.
